Move-In
The new multi-bay loading dock, located on the Lee St. side of the Convention Center, is now available with dock levelers for easy unloading. However, the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center will NO longer permit vehicles larger than a pick-up truck inside the Grand Hall; which includes no trailers or box trucks. For your convenience, fork trucks will be available for a flat fee. Please indicate this option on your WVHS Contract.
Booth Space Exhibitors
Allow yourself plenty of time to move in and set up your space. Exhibitors will be allowed to move in on Wednesday, June 24th and Thursday, June 25th from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm. You will be assigned a scheduled move-in time. That time will be determined prior to the show opening and confirmed by a personal call or confirmation letter. There will be no move-in permitted on Friday, June 26th, opening day of the show.
Bulk Space Exhibitors
Please note your bulk location and plan your move-in time accordingly. Selected exhibitors will be scheduled to move in on Tuesday, June 23rd. The remaining bulk exhibitors will move in on Wednesday, June 24th before booth exhibits are set up. Exhibitors will not be permitted to move merchandise or curtain lines in another exhibitor’s space.
Move-Out
Move-out will start on Sunday evening, June 27th after 6:00 pm, which is when the show closes and the general public is no longer permitted in the Grand Hall. Please do not start to disassemble your exhibit until such time; your company is liable if someone is injured.
Each exhibitor is responsible for the removal of all merchandise from the arena, as well as the parking lots, by noon on Monday, June 28th, 2020. The West Virginia Home Show is not responsible for merchandise and equipment that is not removed by the deadline.
