Things to Remember

  • Current WVHS exhibitors have until December 31st to reserve the same space or to request a change in location, if available, for the following year’s WVHS, which requires a 50% deposit. Exhibitors who turn in Early Registration Forms at the end of the show lock in the current year's prices.
  • Vehicles on display are allowed no more than ¼ tank of gas. Gas tanks must be secured with duct tape or a locking cap. Battery cables must be disconnected. Tractors, riding mowers and items which have combustible engines are considered vehicles.
  • Loose hanging booth décor must be fire retardant.
  • No propane are tanks permitted in the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. Non-refillable tanks are the only source permitted.
  • If your exhibit will exceed the 8 ft. height regulation you must obtain prior written approval from the WVHS office. You MUST completely cover the exposed back and sides with a finished material, if the unfinished area is visible from the aisle or another booth.
  • Audio equipment must be kept at a moderate level, so as not to interfere with your neighbor.
  • Bring your ladder, hammer, nails, extension cords, broom and vacuum cleaner. The Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center will not have these items available for use.
  • Oversized merchandise sold at the WVHS will not be permitted to leave the Grand Hall. Please make arrangements for those items to be picked up at the close of the show on Sunday, April 3rd, 2022. Restocking your booth MUST take place prior to the show opening to the public. 5% of net sales must be paid to the WVHS. Failure to do so will forfeit your privilege to be a future exhibitor.
  • There is NO Friday set-up. Set-up times are Tuesday (for select bulk exhibitors), Wednesday and Thursday ONLY between 8:00 am – 9:00 pm.
  • Exhibitors will be allowed in the Grand Hall ONE HOUR before the show opens. You must wear your Exhibitor Badge to be admitted without charge prior to show times and during the show.
  • No display is to be disassembled or moved prior to the close of the show on Sunday, at 6:00 pm.
  • All displays and materials MUST be removed from the Grand Hall and parking lots by 12:00 noon on Monday, April 4th, 2022. For any reason you are not completely moved out, you may be charged a penalty by the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center equal to 25% of your WVHS contract amount.
